I have gone through the first home buyer program and the Suffolk County down payment assistance program. I was able to purchase a home as a single mom, coming back from financial and credit disaster, and was featured in a Newsday article in 2002. I have been a licensed/board-certified music therapist for over 30 years, working with handicapped pre-schoolers. I am using this knowledge to enable me to assist special needs persons and families in their search for the right home. As well I have worked with our Senior population, having assisted many Seniors to relocate back on the Island and sometimes in 55+ developments. And assisting seniors to downsize from the family home to Independent and assisted living homes.
