We're so glad you're interested in the Rocky Point Sound Beach Chamber of Commerce 1st Annual Harvest Festival! Please complete registration to have your vendor booth space confirmed. Each booth space is a 10x10 space. Street Vendors will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis, so get your registration in now! Terms of Exhibition
Provide your own tables, chairs, displays, tents, etc.
No space is reserved without completed application, signed waiver and full payment.
All Exhibitors must provide a children's activity or game at their booth along with Halloween treats (i.e. individually wrapped candy and/or small giveaways)
We reserve the right to accept or refuse exhibitor participation.
We reserve the right to ask exhibitor to remove items from booth that are not listed in application.
All exhibitors are responsible for leaving their area clean.
No firearms, knives, drug paraphernalia, obscene or illegal items.
Merchandise must be priced and honestly represented.
In the rare case that the festival is canceled due to weather PRIOR to the event starting or the exhibitor decides to cancel 7 days or more PRIOR to the event day, there is a nonrefundable $25 application fee included in the Registration fee of this application. If during the course of the festival day, weather requires the event to be shut down, there will be no refunds.
